Monday Mini Reviews: Drugstore Face Products

Here are this week's mini reviews!

Wet n Wild megaglo Contouring Palette
Price Ra ge: $4.13-$4.99
This palette has very creamy powders that have great color payoff in a very large pan. The contour is the perfect cool-toned shade and is very matte. I use the highlight shade to set my under eyes and it works great!

Wet n Wild illumi-naughty Highlighting
& Concealing Pen
Price: $4.99
This little pen has a very light-weight, creamy formula that is dual purposed to highlight and conceal. I enjoyed the pigmentation for highlighting and it did work well concealing. The only 2 downfalls to this product. First, there isn't much product for the price point.  I noticed this really set in the fine lines under my eyes.

Wet n Wild Color Icon Blush
Price: $2.99
I am loving the new formulation of these blushes! These blushes have the same amazing pigmentation and are build-able for that perfect flush of natural color or a more dramatic look. Some of the shades have flecks of shimmer that give a subtle highlight if you don't want to take the extra step to add highlighter on its own. Definitely a great product for everyday especially for the price point, as usual!

L'Oréal True Match
Lumi Cushion Foundation
Price Range: $12-$16.99
really enjoyed the formula of this foundation. Not only was the pigmentation great, but also blended very well. The foundation gave a light to medium coverage that is very luminous for that perfectly dewy look. I didn't like the applicator, but found that it was very easy to dab a beauty blender directly into the product to apply which allowed a shorter application time. Unfortunately, due to my skin being oily, I did find I was an "oil-slick" after a few hours. However, I would definitely recommend this foundation for those with a dry skin type.
